1. Introduction & Agreement

3. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Players must be 21 or older to use the kyat99 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from playing.

21+ Only players aged 21 and above are allowed on this platform. Accounts belonging to anyone under 21 will be closed immediately under any circumstances.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Please read the following points carefully to understand all financial matters clearly.

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
  • Available payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
  • Players agree that any bank fees and service charges that arise during a deposit depend on the payment provider's policy.
  • The account used for depositing must be owned by the same person as the registered account.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawal processing time is normally 10–45 minutes.
  • As a general policy, withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
  • kyat99 may request additional documents if needed. If a player refuses to provide them, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

The bonuses and promotions offered by kyat99 are designed to improve the playing experience for our players. Any player who claims a bonus is considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

kyat99's welcome bonus gives 100% of the first deposit amount as a bonus, with a maximum bonus of up to 200,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive 20,000 Ks bonus → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks → Receive 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → Total balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus may have specific terms, and those terms take priority over these general rules.
  • Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses — combining is only valid when stated on the promotions page.
  • kyat99 may modify or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, kyat99 may cancel the bonus funds.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game on the platform has its own rules. Players are assumed to have understood the rules of the game they are playing before they start.

6.1 Game Decisions

In the unlikely event of an unforeseeable technical fault, kyat99 reserves the right to make the final decision. When a ruling is made, only kyat99's time logs and server logs are considered valid evidence.

6.2 Technical Faults

kyat99 may void any game results caused by server errors, network outages, or game software faults, and will notify the player accordingly.

If a player is found to have committed any of these prohibited activities, kyat99 may immediately close the player's account without prior notice and may retain any funds associated with the closure.
